Converting ILT to e-learning opens the doors for people who wish to learn as per their own schedule and budget. Make sure you do it right. The structure and arrangement of ILT won’t always work for web-based learning, you can't simply stack the slides into your LMS and make do. You will need to dig deeper into the content and change it into a captivating and intelligent e-learning experience.

  1. Take into account the time you’d require to change over ILT to e-learning
