The V3 commitment involves relationships with local Guard and Reserve units to expand the recruiting pool, transitioning soldiers through career expos, and reaching out to local colleges and universities who have Military Affairs offices to provide employment opportunities. These colleges include Virginia Tech, ECPI, ITT Tech, Virginia Commonwealth University, and the University of Richmond. Gyrus Systems hopes to welcome veterans into their workplace immediately.
