Viren Kapadia, President and CEO
With over 24 years of technology leadership experience, Mr. Kapadia is a driven leader with proven results in general management, strategic marketing, product development and operational skills in global markets. While serving as Vice President and CIO of Willis/Hilb Rogal & Hobbs, Mr. Kapadia introduced technical innovations while focusing new processes on improving customer service. Prior to that, Mr. Kapadia spent ten years at General Electric/Genworth Financial in IT leadership positions as Vice President of Information Technology directing strategic planning, program execution and facilitating the growth of multiple global markets. Mr. Kapadia earned his MBA in International Business at the University of New Haven and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Computer Science at the University of Connecticut.
Smita Kapadia, Customer Service Manager and Co-Owner
Smita has over 10 years of experience in customer service, hands-on instructing, and medical services. As Customer Service Manager, Smita is responsible for contracts, licensing, billing, implementation, and support. As an instructor, Smita taught both on the clinical side and the management side of Medical Assisting. She takes great pleasure in helping students achieve their goals. She has a degree in Homoeopathic Medicine and has also practiced in Pediatrics. She has always had a passion for understanding and assisting others, which is crucial for the role she currently plays at Gyrus Systems.
