Certification

Tracking certifications can be tricky and fraught with errors if not closely monitored. Expiration dates, changes to the certification requirements, windows for re-certification and more make a complicated task even more complicated.

GyrusAim includes a strong certification management system that simplifies these tasks and integrates them into employee individual development plans. Certifications can expire in GyrusAim meaning that the application manages the re-certification process as well.  Each expireable certification includes a window when an employee can begin the recertification process.
