  • Implementation Planning: The first step in all new projects. This planning time is crucial for a successful implementation.
  • Data Migration Planning & Services: Your Gyrus Project Manager will oversee the entire project and keep it on track.
  • Onsite Installation: The Gyrus LMS is loaded on your server.
  • Onsite Training: We train you on how to use the program and you're ready to go.
  • Training Classes/Continuing Education: We offer two classes to broaden your knowledge and help you maximize your LMS investment. Classes offered include:
    • Maximizing Training Wizard
    • Custom Report Writing for Training Wizard MX
  • Custom Report Writing:  Over 100 standard reports are included with your software. For a nominal fee we will design custom reports for you.
  • Database Conversion:  Gyrus offers data conversion services for current customers migrations to Microsoft SQL or Oracle databases. We also offer training data conversions from existing systems, including homegrown applications, Access and Excel databases.
  • Strategic Planning:  Gyrus Service Professionals provide consulting services to help your organization incorporate training initiatives with corporate goals.  Strategic planning can help as you develop the strategic path for learning initiatives as part of corporate and departmental objectives.  Strategic planning helps organizations define technology requirements, establish budgets and timeline and setting realistic and attainable goals.
