Training ROI
Training Return on Investment, or Training ROI, is a common, but typically improperly used measurement for training. There are many flaws to using Training ROI to measure training including inconsistent results, meaningless measurements, questionable value of the results, and lack of action plans. Business processes such as training cannot be isolated well enough to provide a true Training ROI for a singular process. Yet, because many organizations rely on Training ROI as a meaningful measurement, Gyrus incorporates the measurement in GyrusAim, Gyrus's latest learning management system. By tying training to defined business objectives and projects, GyrusAim calculates the Training ROI.
