Training Organizations
GyrusAim is the only learning management system that includes unlimited training organizations. These virtual training organizations segment people in various ways so that training can be better monitored across more than just traditional organizations. GyrusAim uses these virtual training organizations for more than just its training metrics, it also uses training organizations to develop dynamic and sophisticated individual development plans. No other learning management system goes to the depths of GyrusAim to provide virtual training organizations with the tools they need to monitor every aspect of their training processes. An employee can be in multiple training organization trees, but can only be in one node within a virtual training organization. This controls that training is counted only once within a training organization.
