Training Metrics
Training metrics provide dashboard and scorecard views of your training and learning operation. The GyrusAim training metrics show in-depth training analysis of your workforce development including cost-modeling, budgeting, and reports to monitor your training metrics such as training efficiency, training effectiveness, training applicability and training appropriateness of learning activities. Using Microsoft SSRS, GyrusAim also offers ad hoc reporting capabilities. Training Wizard also provides training metrics such as budget analysis. Training metrics give a truer view of the successes and failures of your training department than the limited training ROI models that are prevalent.
