Because no two employees are the same, every employee has a unique individual development plan (IDP) for their career planning. Gyrus Systems provides for the proper management of individual development plans (IDP) in GyrusAim, their latest learning management system. Two employees, with the same job in the same company, sitting cubicle to cubicle, have their own individual development plans (IDP) because of the projects that they are involved with, the products that they support, their certification, and their own career interests. GyrusAim supports individual development plans (IDP) five ways: via the individual's organization requirements, via the projects or business objectives, via the individual's certifications, via the individual's jobs, and via the individual's career objectives.
