Blended Learning
Traditional instructor-led learning has been enhanced with blended learning. Instead of having an instructor provide all of the learning, blended learning uses other forms of learning such as eLearning, workshops, on-the-job training, and self-paced learning along with the traditional instructor-led learning. Combining these forms together into one course makes blended learning an effective way to have the learners learn the material their way along with providing base standards for classroom learning. Modern learning management systems such as GyrusAim provide strong support for blended learning.
